Match Results

We enjoyed glorious conditions at Edzell today and all competing thoroughly enjoyed their day.  Unfortunatly we came away suffering a 4 - 0 defeat. We aim to get our revenge next year.

The match against Scotscraig a couple of weeks ago was halved.
Thanks to all who played in both or either match.

SCRATCH LEAGUE RESULT

Our Scratch League Team played against Blairgowrie last night at home. Unfortunately we all got a little wet which we haven't been used to lately! However it did not deter our team who won the match 4-1. The team representing Strathmore was:

Another great day for playing golf. Thanks to all who played.

First of all a big CONGRATULATIONS  to Diane who had a hole in one on the 6th. A wee pitching wedge took a couple of bounces and rolled smoothly into the hole. Of course Gary would have been happy with it on the green!!

Ladies we appear to have lost the signing up sheet for this competition. A new one has been posted on the notice for everyone to once again sign up for this mixed match against the senior men. The date for this is Monday 16th so hurray and get your name up the more the merrier.

Away Day Results

Our ladies had a great day out at Kinross Golf Club on the Bruce Course.  The weather was wonderful, the course was in good condition setting us a fair competition and the ladies proved themselves up to the challenge. Our thanks to Katie for organising the event and everyone else who lent a hand.

Overall winner and Away Day Champion:;  Ann Cameron   38 points. very consistent golf with 19 points on the front and 19 on the back                                                
Second: Shona Deans  36 points playing well to her new handicap
Third :  Cathy McNab  35 points on count back also playing with her new handicap.
