The Strathmore Ladies Member's Evening was a great success and one we won't forget very quickly. We were greeted with a complementary drink provided by the Centre. Our Captain Rhona McGeoghegan welcomed everyone and introduced her committee. We were given updates on handicaps by Marion and competitions by Jennie. Then we all got the opportunity to meet our new golf pro Gareth Cousins.
After that, all the ladies were divided into four teams and they competed in four competitions which consisted of: Skittles, Hula Hooping, Quick Change Clothing and Putting with ellipticle balls!! Fun was had by all and members had a great chance to mix and get to know some of the new members.
Afterwards everyone was treated to a complementary finger buffet.
Well done to everyone who came and took part.
A note for those ladies who do not have handicaps, get those 3 cards in. Remember one of the cards has to be completed with a committee member.
