CAPTAIN'S DRIVE IN

Today at Strathmore saw the annual opening event of the season of the Captain's Team versus the Vice Captain's Team.

Sixty four members ventured out as the weather held fair although bitterly cold.
It was a closely contested competition with the Captain's Team winning by a mere 3 points.

LADY MEMBERS EVENING

MONDAY 25TH MARCH AT 7.00PM

All members of the Ladies Section (Old & New) are invited to our annual event prior to the opening of the Summer Season.

This year there will be a guest speaker from our Captains chosen charity,CHAS (Childrens Hospice Assoc: Scotland).  He will be giving a short talk.......This is NOT a fund raising exercise but rather an opportunity to explain how the money donated last season and the money we hope you will donate this year, is and will be used.

There are one or two items in the fixture card that need a little further explanation and also decisions made on your behalf by the committee of which you need to be made aware. It is felt this is an occasion which gives an ideal opportunity, to do just that.

The remaining part of the evening will be totally social and give everybody a chance to mix and chat before enjoying the Centres complimentary Buffet and glass of Wine.

We hope as many members as possible will be able to attend.  If you can... PLEASE... sign on the sheet in the Locker Room as the Centre needs to have an idea of the number for catering purposes.
