FINLAY TEXAS SCRAMBLE 17/7/23
There was a good turnout this morning for the annual Finlay Texas Scramble, held in memory of Tom & Kay Finlay. Nine teams of 4 took part in this fun mixed competition. The weather was mainly kind to us with some impressive scoring being returned.
Winners, with a Nett score of 56.0 - including an eagle on the 2nd hole, were Diane McLuskey, Linda Ross, Jim Ure and Chic Scrimgeour.

On blustery but beautiful Sunday afternoon, 12 teams took part in this qualifier, this is a very difficult format set by Scottish Golf (and not really fun), however there were some good scores and some not so good.
In third place was J. Ure and M.McDairmid with 32 points.
In second place was Jack & Sheena Scott with 33 points.
The winners this with a very good 37 points was Gavin Greig and Jane Millar.
