On what turned out to be a lovely day for playing golf, 40 players took part in this most enjoyable afternoon, some very good scoring by most competitors as usual, the results are as follows;-
Ladies longest drive Diane McLuskey.
Gents longest drive Greg Edwards.
Ladies nearest the pin Dorothy Adam Cheetham.
Gents nearest the pin Colin Robertson. (very close to hole in one)
For the main event the results are as follows;-

Thank you to Jane for organizing the day. We all received a lovely jute bag gift of goodies and a handy golf bag sized first aid kit. The prize winners received bottles of wine or boxes of maltesers. The holes selected for the spot prizes were different from usual, mixing it up a bit and there was a centre line to aim for down the 16th fairway!
