Notice of the Strathmore Ladies Section Annual General
Meeting 2017
You are hereby given notice of the following:
1. The 2017 Ladies Annual General Meeting
will be held on Monday 30th October 2017 at 6.45 pm prompt.
2. Members may lodge Notices of Motions
for consideration at the Annual General Meeting. Such notices must be addressed to Val Tait,
Ladies Secretary or to Sandra Barber, Ladies Captain, and be delivered to Strathmore
Golf Centre by Sunday 8th October 2017.
3. I also invite nominations for places on
the committee. Nomination forms,
including name, proposer and seconder are available in the ladies changing room. Completed forms must be addressed as above
and also delivered to Strathmore Golf Centre by Sunday 8th October 2017.
Motions and nominations will be
posted in the clubhouse two weeks prior to the Annual General Meeting.

Following the meeting there will be the prize-giving
followed by a dinner (£13.75 per head). If you are staying for the meal please refer
to the Ladies Notice Board. Attendance
numbers, menu choices and cheques will be needed by 23rd October
2017. Cheques should be made payable to
Strathmore Golf Centre and posted in the box in the ladies changing room.
