In July we will not be running:-
Club Championship / Tom Finlay Texas Scramble / Friendly matches ( all season now cancelled).
We will be running Saturday comps with a medal on 4th July and a Stableford on 25th July as we are trying to reschedule Presidents day until later in season.
BEFORE ANY PLAY:-
You must pay £10 competition fees. ( Sheena may offset this if you paid Deposit for away day!!)
Those that have already paid full competition fees will be offered a refund.
There will be no signing in book. Indicating to Connie that you wish to play will suffice in the circumstances. There will be NO TURN UP AND PLAY ( ie Summer League ). All tee times must be pre booked.
Connie has volunteered to handle draws and results. To enter you may sign up using blogger, text, email or whats app. If you know anyone who does not use any of these please can you offer to help.
There will be a new password for the blogger . Please contact Connie for this or any other blogger issues. ( would be good to get as many people as possible using this method)
As previously,there are also the lunchtime /evening reserved times.
You may also play OUTWITH THE DRAW for all competitions at present to aid social distancing. Again please let Connie know you are doing this.
To enter your scorecard please take a picture of it and forward to Connie. (Please PRINT your markers name on your card ). This can be by whatever method you are comfortable with. Again please ask someone to help you if you are unable to do this.
Results will be published on Ladies Blog .
Remember to:-
Arrive around 15 mins pre play and go on tee 5 mins before tee time.
Do not exchange / sign cards. Verbal confirmation sufficient at present.
Do not remove flags., pick up any other players equipment.
Please observe Social Distancing at all times
Toilets are open for emergency use!
LIFT AND PLACE BALL WITHIN 6 INCHES AND NO NEARER HOLE PERMITTED IN BUNKERS AT PRESENT.! NO SMOOTHING OF SAND ALLOWED. Please use club or foot to smooth as best you can after a visit.
I am sure we can enjoy our golf with these changes and we will all become techno whizzs . I do feel sorry for Connie! Does she know what she has let herself in for?? A great big thank you Connie.
