I have been instructed to say nice things (ordered by Gary) on the playing of the annual Wooden Spoon event, on a reasonably sunny afternoon this event was as usual hotly contested and some very good scores posted, this event was played sportingly and with some good banter. Congratulations to the Gents for winning by 8 stableford points and handing the Wooden Spoon back to the Ladies after a years absence.
We collected £164 for the SCAA charity, thanks to all for your generous donations to this very worthy cause.
